We Don’t Charge By The Room Because All Rooms Are Not Equal. We Actually Charge By The Load (Specifically What We’re Moving) Where It’s Coming From & Going To, Disassemble/Reassemble & If There’s Stairs. 2nd, 3rd & 4th Floor Is An Extra Charge Within Itself. Any Service More Than 30 Mins Apart In Distance Requires A Deposit Of Half The Total Price Upfront & Remaining Balance At The Time The Service Is Completed.
