  “No stars for this supposed white glove delivery service. It took almost 2 weeks to get the appropriate insurance certificates. I have now waited 11 hours over 2 days for the furniture to arrive. It's in the system for today, I don't know why it didn't make it onto the truck. . . After kicking around the warehouse for more than 2 weeks, I just hope my pieces arrive undamaged.”
