  “We used American Relocation to move from California to Alabama. It was a complicated move made more complicated by the lack of support we received from the California office who then moved our claims to the corporate office once we were in Alabama.
  After 18 months, many pictures and letters we received nothing because they did not want to send someone to Alabama to see our furniture and other items on our claim.
  We even received a box UPS 6 weeks after our move, the driver could hardly carry up the steps it was in such bad shape. It had someones name and transit number on it but had part of our Christmas tree and part of a lamp......very unprofessional drivers and office assistance.”
