  “Everything there is all well and good until you're robbed! I was burglarized there, and the staff did nothing. The said they'd have a technician check the status of my door alarm but never did. Their insurance covered nothing. Security there is awful! Anyone could walk in during the day with a pair of bolt cutters and rob any of the spaces. The security cameras are only by the elevators so you're screwed if they take the stairs or there's no record of your door alarm going off. The regional manager didn't help. The woman there said there's never been a robbery but the police say there have been many and that Extra Space Storage refuses to turn over the tapes. Don't be fooled by the fancy screens in the office. When you're robbed, you're screwed and they don't care. Contact Detective Molane at area 5 property crimes 312-746-8362 if you've been robbed there.”
