  “Horrible Business! <br />One year ago I used this ridiculous moving company. Movers were three hours late. They were extremely rude and threw my things around (broken almost everything that was breakable-even vases triple bubble layered!!). THEN, I unpacked and discovered I was missing MULTIPLE boxes. I spoke with TRACY (who impersonates a man), in the office, over a matter of 7 MONTHS trying work out where the boxes went and trying to get him to file an insurance claim (they state they are insured- just TRY and get them to file a claim!). In the end, I filed a police report ( & contacted Better Business Bureau) and retained a lawyer. Tracy told me for 7 months I would expect a check to replace the $2,000 worth of missing items-- in the end I found out the complete jerk was just playing with me and had NO intention of compensating for the company's theft (FINE print of contract you sign AFTER they are done unloading states they are only responsible for 2 cents for every pound of missing or damaged items). For SEVEN months, Tracy ignored my phone calls and when I DID get ahold of him--he told me yes, I have filed the claim and you should expect a check next week. Found out with attorney assistance he was just hoping I would forget and thought it was fun to lie to me about it. FOR SEVEN MONTHS, he thought it was FUNNY to LIE TO ME. Family business? YEAH RIGHT! Call anyone else to assist with your move before this business of crooks.”
